Following the events of 2020, and in response to the Lord’s word to us at Zion, we are excited to offer the September 2020 DTS at half price.

This means that for September 2020 only, we are offering the course at a price of $5,300 for the full 12 weeks of Lecture-phase and 8 weeks of Outreach (usually priced at $10,600).

Our heart is simply to be obedient to God’s word as He guides us in this season.

We have an urgency for Aotearoa to be championed and released in its God-given identity, and therefore desire that all who wish to take part in a DTS be given the opportunity to do so in partnership with the Lord’s work.

If you’re keen to grow in relationship with the Father and as a leader who makes Him known, then nau mai, haere mai! Come join our whānau this September in Northland, New Zealand.

Note: We also have a number of scholarships that are available in conjunction with the half-price DTS.

Maori Indigenous

We believe the Lord has placed a specific and unique call on Maori as the indigenous peoples of New Zealand. We seek to partner with the Lord’s heart to see Maori championed, discipled, and sent out both in Aotearoa and to the nations to act as agents of reconciliation.

Pasifika people bring richness and vitality to our community that is unique and we cannot stress enough the blessing that they have been and remain to be to our body at YWAM Zion. We are passionate about raising young Pasifika leaders and seeing them sent out as disciples that will then disciple nations.

The Awhina Scholarship is in recognition of those with financial hardship and offers a ‘leg up’ as a way of partnering with the Lord’s call on the individual to attend DTS.

What people are saying

I would never have imagined all that I discovered about myself and my Creator at Zion. I went to New Zealand to get away from my life, to start-over, and didn’t ever intend to pursue Him, but He met me here. He brought me to a place of humility and uncovered my brokenness. Ever since then He has been gently rebuilding me into the woman that He created and cherishes. Zion was the first place that I met a community of sons and daughters who love their Father and want to change the world for His glory, and because of His love, and I am so stoked to now be a part of that. All I want to do is what my Father created me to do; to know His love, and to allow it to flow out of me like a sweet fragrance that the world will notice, wonder, and want.

I came here to find God and to know Jesus better . I wanted to know what my identity is in God. In Him we are pure. God is a loving father and he has only loving ways for us. We don’t have to be afraid, because God cares about us and He loves us and He wants a relationship with us! To come here was the best decision I ever made.
